For BPO Service Providers and delivery partners.
How do I become an Akontec partner? Register at projects.akontec.com → sign the NDA → submit KYC → capability review → sign the partner agreement → receive project briefs. Typically 7–14 working days if your documents are ready. Related: 18_Vendors/02_Registration_And_KYC.md
What documents do you need? Certificate of incorporation or registration, PAN, GST certificate, cancelled cheque and bank details, address proof of the delivery premises, ID of the authorised signatory, and photos or a video walkthrough of the floor. Infrastructure details: seats, telephony, internet and power redundancy.
Is there a joining fee? No. Akontec does not charge providers to join the network or to see projects. If anyone asks you for a fee to get a campaign, report it to the Director immediately.
How do I see available projects? On the partner portal after approval, and through project briefs sent to you directly, each with scope, working details and payout.
Do I know the payout before committing seats? Always. Scope, working details and payout come first. You commit seats after, not before.
How much can I earn? It depends on the process, seat count, shift and performance. The current portfolio shows per-seat and per-file payouts for domestic (INR) and international (USD) processes. We raised these deliberately because the earlier structure was too low to attract the centres we wanted. Related: 12_BPO_Projects/05_Payout_And_Commission_Structure.md
When am I paid? Submit your invoice with the platform performance data by the 3rd; we verify by the 7th; payout follows on the published cycle with a payout advice showing the full breakup. Related: 18_Vendors/04_Payment_Cycle_And_Commission.md
What deductions can be made? Only what is in your Work Order: agreed penalties for documented SLA or quality failures, advances, and shortfalls against committed seat-hours. Every deduction is confirmed to you in writing before payout, with the evidence.
What if the client pays Akontec late? Your payout is not silently held to fund it. Any deviation needs Director approval and you are told the truth about the timing in writing.
Can I talk to the client directly? No. All communication goes through Akontec. This protects your commercial position as much as the client's.
Can I work with other project providers at the same time? Yes, unless a specific campaign requires exclusivity, which would be stated and compensated in the Work Order.
What are the quality expectations? Defined per campaign in the scorecard: process accuracy, compliance, communication, system usage and outcome, with fatal-error categories. Minimum audit coverage, monthly calibration, and a corrective action path before any removal from a campaign.
What happens if my quality drops? Coaching → re-audit → performance improvement plan → removal from the campaign. Nobody is removed without warning and a documented chance to correct, unless the failure is a compliance or data breach.
What if I need to exit a campaign? Give the notice in the Work Order. We activate the standby provider, you transfer knowledge and recordings, and your final payout settles on the normal cycle. Exiting properly keeps you in the network; disappearing does not.
Do you provide training material? Yes: process documents, scripts, QA scorecard, and product training. Your supervisors are certified by our QA before go-live.
Do I get any software? Yes — a data-isolated workspace with dashboards, agent management, quality, tickets, invoices and reports. No separate licence fee.
