Is ad spend included in your fee? No. Ad spend is paid to the platform and is your cost. Our fee covers strategy, build, management and reporting. We prefer you pay the platform directly on your own card so you keep full visibility.

How soon will I see results? Paid ads: leads within days, but a reliable cost per lead takes 3–6 weeks of data. SEO: meaningful movement at 3–4 months, compounding after 6. Social: audience growth is slow; engagement moves in weeks. Anyone promising first-page rankings in 30 days is selling you something else.

Do you guarantee rankings or a cost per lead? No. We commit to method, activity and reporting, and to telling you honestly each month what is and is not working. Who owns the accounts and the content? You do. Ad accounts, analytics, domains, social profiles and content stay in your ownership with us granted access. We never hold a client's accounts hostage; if you leave, access transfers back the same week.

How many revisions do I get? Two rounds per creative deliverable are included. A third is chargeable and we tell you before doing it, not after.

What reporting do I receive? A monthly report by the 7th, structured as: what we said we'd do, what we did, numbers against baseline and target, what worked, what didn't, what changes next month. Plus a review call.

Can you also call the leads you generate? Yes — that is the part most agencies cannot offer. We can put an Akontec calling desk behind your campaigns so leads are contacted within minutes of arriving. Speed to first contact is usually the biggest lever in the funnel.

Do you work with our existing agency or in-house team? Yes, provided the split of responsibility is written down. Two parties optimising the same account without a boundary is the fastest way to waste a budget.

Can you fix a website you didn't build? Usually yes. We audit first and tell you honestly whether fixing or rebuilding is cheaper.

What if I want to pause for a month? Retainers can pause with 30 days' notice. SEO in particular loses momentum when paused, and we will tell you what that costs before you decide.

Do you write content in Indian languages? Yes, for major Indian languages, subject to a quality check on your specific sector vocabulary.
