Investor Disclosures

Updated 2026-08-06 · Akontec Synergy Private Limited

This page must be presented, in full, to every prospective investor before any commitment is discussed. It is reproduced in every investment document Akontec issues.

1. Nature of the offering

Akontec facilitates participation in specific identified business opportunities. It does not operate a collective investment scheme, does not issue securities, does not accept deposits, and is not registered as an investment adviser, portfolio manager, or fund. Nothing presented constitutes investment advice.

2. No guarantee

No return is guaranteed. Invested capital is at risk and may be lost in full. Past performance of any unit, centre or brand does not predict future results.

3. Projections

Any financial projection is illustrative, built on stated assumptions that may not hold. It is not a forecast, promise or contractual entitlement. Actual results will differ.

4. Independent advice

Every prospective investor is advised in writing to obtain independent legal, tax and financial advice before committing. Akontec representatives are not licensed advisers and will not act as such.

5. Documentation governs

Only the executed written agreement creates rights and obligations. Nothing said in a call, meeting, WhatsApp message, brochure, deck or AI-agent conversation forms part of the agreement. Where a conversation and the agreement differ, the agreement governs.

6. Conflicts of interest

Akontec earns fees, commissions or margin in connection with these opportunities and has a commercial interest in them proceeding. This is disclosed openly and should be weighed by the investor.

7. Related party

Certain opportunities involve Akontec group entities or brands in which Akontec's directors hold an interest. Where that is the case, it is disclosed in the specific opportunity document.

8. KYC and source of funds

All investors are subject to KYC verification and source-of-funds checks. See 24_Compliance/04_KYC_And_AML.md. Akontec accepts funds only through banking channels, only into the account named in the agreement, and never in cash.

9. Cooling-off and withdrawal

Where a cooling-off period applies, it is stated in the agreement with its exact duration and the refund position during it. See 02_Legal/04_Refund_Policy.md.

10. Complaints

Investor complaints escalate directly to the Director. Contact route: 22_Contacts/02_Escalation_Contacts.md.
