Investment Models

Updated 2026-08-06 · Akontec Synergy Private Limited

Each model below is a template. Specific commercial terms exist only in the executed agreement for a specific opportunity.

Model A — Franchise unit ownership

How it works: the investor pays a franchise fee and set-up cost, owns the unit and its assets, and trades under the brand with brand support, supply chain and training.

Investor's return source: the unit's own trading profit after all costs. Not a payment from Akontec.

Investor's obligations: operate to brand standard, buy through approved supply chain where specified, report sales, pay royalty where applicable.

Risk: the unit may not be profitable. Location, execution and market conditions decide outcomes, and the investor carries that risk. Reference brand: Grilzo (areas/grilzo).

Model B — Delivery centre partnership

How it works: the partner funds infrastructure — seats, systems, connectivity, premises — for a BPO delivery centre. Akontec routes campaign volume to that centre through the marketplace.

Return source: payouts earned on delivered work, per the payout structure at 12_BPO_Projects/05_Payout_And_Commission_Structure.md.

Critical disclosure: volume is not guaranteed. Payouts depend on campaigns being available, the centre meeting quality and compliance standards, and clients continuing the campaign. A centre that fails QA does not get volume regardless of what it invested.

Obligations: meet eligibility standards in 12_BPO_Projects/04_Eligibility_And_Requirements.md, maintain quality thresholds, comply with data protection obligations.

Model C — Defined project participation

How it works: participation in one identified project with a defined scope, term and commercial split, documented in a project-specific agreement.

Return source: the project's own revenue, split per the agreement.

Term: finite and stated. No perpetual or open-ended arrangements.

What Akontec does not offer

Fixed deposits or fixed-return instruments · pooled investment vehicles · securities of any kind · anything with a guaranteed rate of return · anything where returns depend on recruiting further investors (this is the defining feature of a fraudulent scheme, and any enquiry structured this way is refused and reported internally).
