Timeline: 3–4 weeks for a standard business site with content supplied; 6–10 weeks for e-commerce or a portal. Content is the usual delay — we say so upfront and offer copywriting as a scoped item rather than waiting.
Ownership: domain, hosting and code belong to the client on full payment. We hand over credentials and documentation.
Deliverables: logo (primary, secondary, mark), colour system with usage rules, typography system, brand guidelines document, stationery, social templates, brochure and deck templates, packaging where relevant.
Process: discovery and positioning → moodboards and direction → three routes presented → one route refined across two rounds → full asset build → guidelines document → handover with source files.
Rule: we present three distinct directions, not three variations of one. A client who is shown one idea dressed three ways has not been given a choice.
