A named Partner Manager · project briefs with scope, working details and payout before any commitment · a data-isolated workspace with dashboards, agent management, quality, tickets, invoices and reports · training material and QA scorecards · a published payment cycle and invoice standard · a defined escalation path.
Honest capacity commitments · trained and certified agents before go-live · adherence to the approved script and conduct rules · daily data in the platform, not in messages · early escalation of anything that will affect delivery · no direct client contact · strict data handling.
Registered → Active → Preferred → Strategic. Movement is earned on delivered quality over time and brings first refusal on new campaigns, larger allocations and improved terms. See 01_Marketplace_Model.md.
If a provider exits: notice per the Work Order, standby provider activated, knowledge and recordings transferred, final payout settled on the normal cycle, exit reason recorded. Exiting properly keeps a provider in the network for future campaigns; disappearing does not.
