Payout and Commission Structure

Updated 2026-09-26 · Akontec Synergy Private Limited

Partner-facing document. This is the "Enhanced Payout Edition" structure — deliberately raised across domestic (INR) and international (USD) processes because the earlier structure was too low to attract the delivery centres Akontec wanted.

Keep this in sync with 02_Process_Catalog_Domestic.md and 03_Process_Catalog_International.md. A provider reads scope and payout together; if the two documents disagree, the provider stops trusting both.

Current values live in the published portfolio document and are set per campaign in the Work Order. Never quote a payout from memory — quote it from the Work Order.

Rules that govern seat-based payouts

These rules cover seat-based engagements — Premium Projects and committed-seat work. They do not apply to Free Projects, which carry no fixed payout and are paid on verified performance (per qualified lead, per sale, per verified task), nor to bidding projects, where the rate is the one the partner quoted.

  1. Payout is fixed before seats are committed. Scope, working details and payout reach the provider first.
  2. Payout does not change mid-cycle except by written amendment signed by both sides.
  3. Client-side volume shortfalls are not silently passed down. If the client's volume falls, Akontec reviews the impact rather than automatically cutting the provider's earnings — the provider hired for the committed seats.
  4. Deductions must be in the Work Order. Only agreed penalties for documented SLA or quality failures, advances, and shortfalls against committed seat-hours. Each deduction is confirmed in writing with evidence before payout.
  5. No payment to receive a campaign. Akontec never charges a provider to join or to be allocated. Any such demand is reported to the Director.
  6. Payouts are never withheld to fund a client's late payment without Director approval and written notice to the provider.

Incentive structures

Campaign typeStructure
Outbound salesBase per seat + per-sale incentive above a threshold
Lead qualificationBase per seat + per-qualified-lead above a threshold
CollectionsBase per seat + percentage of recovery above a threshold
SupportQuality bonus for sustained scores above the target
InternationalBase + night allowance + quality bonus

Thresholds are set so a competent floor clears them. An incentive nobody reaches is not an incentive; it is a message that the base is too low.

Volume bands

Payout improves at defined seat counts, stated in the Work Order, so scaling up is not a renegotiation each time.

Akontec's commission

Akontec earns the spread between the client rate and the provider payout, or an explicit commission percentage on pass-through models, stated in the Work Order. Blended commission across the network runs around 20–25% by process mix. The provider always knows its own payout; Akontec's margin is Akontec's business, but the payout is never obscured or changed retroactively.
