We do not sell AI as a promise. We take one slice of a process we already understand, automate it, measure it against a real baseline, and expand only if the numbers hold. Every solution line we sell has been run against our own operations first.
That position determines everything below: we will not quote a containment percentage before running against real traffic, we will not deploy an agent that conceals it is an AI, and we roll back rather than defend a pilot that underperforms.
| Code | Service | Typical first use case |
|---|---|---|
| AI-CON | AI audit and roadmap | "Where would AI actually help us?" |
| AI-CHT | Chatbot (web / WhatsApp) | Deflecting repetitive first-line queries |
| AI-VOX | Voice agent | Booking, order status, appointment scheduling |
| AI-CAL | Outbound AI calling | Reminders, confirmations, feedback, first-touch qualification |
| AI-CRM | AI-embedded CRM | Call summarisation, lead scoring, draft replies |
| AI-AUT | Workflow automation | Ticket triage, document extraction, quality auditing |

Each is a productised starting point — flows, intents, guardrails and integrations already designed for that vertical — configured to the client rather than built from zero. This is why deployment takes weeks rather than quarters.
Pays: high volume, repetitive, low-judgement, with a clean data source for the answer. Order status. Appointment booking. Payment reminders. Tier-1 FAQ. Call quality auditing at scale.
Does not pay: low volume, high judgement, high consequence, or where the answer lives in someone's head rather than a system. Complex complaints. Negotiations. Anything clinical, legal or credit-decisioning. Any process where the client cannot supply accurate knowledge content.
Telling a client which of their processes fall in the second column is often the most valuable thing in the audit.
Audit → design → build → test → pilot on a capped traffic slice → measure → expand. Full detail: 05_SOPs/06_SOP_AI_Agent_Deployment.md.
Setup plus subscription plus usage. Model and telephony costs billed by third parties are passed through at cost. See 09_Pricing/04_Rate_Card_AI_And_Software.md.
Most AI vendors hand over an agent and leave you to handle the twenty percent it cannot. Akontec runs both halves: the agent and the human desk behind it, on the same contract, with one set of reporting. The handoff is not the client's problem to solve.
