Horizon 1 — next two quarters (consolidate)
| Initiative | Outcome | Owner |
|---|
| Knowledge base rollout | This library live in the AI stack and in staff onboarding | Ops & Knowledge |
| Provider network depth | Two qualified providers minimum per active process, so no campaign has a single point of failure | Partner Network |
| Payout discipline | Published cycle met on 100% of provider invoices for two consecutive quarters | Finance |
| AI solution proof packs | One measured before/after case per live AI solution line | AI Engineering |
| Certification | ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 audits completed | Compliance |
| Rate card consolidation | Single published rate card replacing per-deal pricing | Client Solutions |
Horizon 2 — 6 to 12 months (scale)
- Self-serve provider onboarding. KYC, capability scoring and pilot allocation completed on the portal with minimal manual touch.
- Client self-serve reporting. Live SLA and volume dashboards for clients, not weekly decks.
- AI agent marketplace inside the platform. Reusable agent templates per solution line that a workspace can deploy in a day.
- Second and third delivery geographies. Provider coverage in additional Indian states for language and cost diversity.
- International client desk. Structured USD contracting, invoicing and support for US/UK/AU clients.
- Omnetra BPO OS as a licensed product. Sold to BPOs that are not on the Akontec network.
Horizon 3 — 12 to 24 months (platform)
- Outcome-based commercials. Per-resolution, per-booking, per-collection pricing replacing per-seat where the data supports it.
- Quality automation. Automated call auditing across 100% of calls rather than sampled QA.
- Vertical depth products. Productised offerings per solution line (Call Taxi, Healthcare, Finance) sold as complete operations-in-a-box.
- Financing layer for providers. Working-capital support against confirmed campaign allocations, subject to legal and regulatory review.
Explicitly not on the roadmap
- Owning large captive delivery centres. Akontec stays asset-light.
- Becoming a staffing agency placing individuals.
- Any regulated financial activity requiring a licence Akontec does not hold.
