Case study format (use this structure for every new one)

Title: <Sector> — <outcome in six words>
Client: <name or anonymised descriptor>
Challenge: 2–3 sentences on the actual problem, in the client's words where possible
What Akontec did: 4–6 bullets, concrete actions, no adjectives
Timeline: discovery → pilot → scale, with real durations
Result: metrics only where measured and shareable
Client quote: only if approved in writing

Case study 1 — Franchise brand needs an outsourced enquiry engine

Client: Grilzo Carts (food-cart franchise brand). Challenge: Franchise enquiries arrived across web forms, WhatsApp and phone with no single owner. Serious applicants and time-wasters got the same response speed, and the founder was personally screening. What Akontec did:

Result: Enquiry handling moved off the founder's phone; every applicant now receives the same documented process. (Quantified metrics pending client approval — do not invent them.)

Case study 2 — International dispatch support that runs overnight

Client: Call Taxi 24. Challenge: Dispatch and customer support demand fell outside domestic working hours and needed consistent English-language handling. What Akontec did:

Result: A staffed overnight desk with documented scope and payout, replacing ad-hoc coverage.

Case study 3 — A BPO network gets an operating system

Client: Omnetra Business (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. plus Akontec's own network. Challenge: Operations ran across spreadsheets and messages; no single view of partners, seats, deployments or revenue. What Akontec did:

Result: Allocation, monitoring and payout now happen in one system with per-partner isolation.

Case study 4 — Turning a payout structure into a recruitment advantage

Context: Akontec's own provider network. Challenge: The earlier project portfolio's per-seat and per-file payouts were too low to attract quality providers, so good centres declined campaigns. What Akontec did:

Result: Providers now evaluate campaigns on complete information; the two documents are maintained in sync on scope and payout.
