Service operating model

Every service follows the same operating sequence. No surprises mid-project.

  1. Client sign-on by AKONTEC. We contract directly with the end client and own the commercial relationship.
  2. Project documented in the portal. Scope, SLA, payout structure, infra requirements — visible to vetted partners.
  3. Partner applies. You see everything before applying. You only apply if it fits.
  4. KYC + signed agreement. Standard documents, no surprises. ~3 days.
  5. Onboarding + training. Scripts, tools, infra config. ~5–10 days depending on complexity.
  6. Go live + monthly billing. Earnings hit your AKONTEC wallet, withdrawable to bank / UPI / PayPal.
